The food was often undercooked and dirty dishes were common. Our kids struggled to find anything edible, resorting to chips and toasties. While the staff was present, their limited English made it tough to communicate issues.

Its very close to the beach and the promenade of La Pineda. Food was pretty good considering it was mass produced.
The worst staff I have ever encountered on all my travels. They werent just rude they were downright aggressive! Hotel was full to the limit and the breakfast and dinner was like eating at a zoo. The other guests would trample you out of the way and the staff would push you into their path. I would not recommend this hotel in hi season. Bit too Butlins in the Sun for me

Had a grand time! The kids loved the pool and slides, I tell ya, they were in heaven! But the entertainment was a bit hit or miss, could use some extra polish. it was a lovely stay, just need a bit more variety in the shows, like!

Location was great, close to a wonderful sandy beach. Food plentiful and a wide range on offer. Accomodating and plesant staff. Rooms cleaned every day.
Some of the food got cold very quickly.
